S&T Welcomes New Chief Executive to the Team

S&T is charging forward into a brand new era with the appointment of its first Chief Executive. Murray Pugh brings a commercial background to the firm founded on management consultancy disciplines. He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Consultant and is passionate about environmentally sustainable design having managed commercial office developments for Meridian Energy including New Zealand’s first 5 Star Green Star rated building.
 
The firm is excited and challenged by this move which is destined to bring fresh perspectives and a new urgency to the practice’s drive for ‘creating inspirational environments. It is necessary in a post global financial crisis world for a more efficient and effective approach to management. This allows S&T to successfully deliver better projects by focusing our creative teams on design and growing our business as a leader in the architectural and engineering design community. We’re organizing ourselves to take on what we plan to be a very successful and rewarding new decade.
 
Murray holds a BCA and LLB from Victoria University of Wellington, is an alumni of Deloitte and was formerly a Partner in niche management consultancy Acuity Partners.
