NZI Centre wins Rider Levett Bucknall Supreme Award
The NZI Centre in Auckland was awarded the Rider Levett Bucknall Supreme Award at the 2010 Property Council New Zealand awards ceremony. S&T engineers provided computer energy modelling, PMV (Predictive Mean Vote) modelling, mechanical services and acoustics for this project.
The NZI Centre is one of the most energy-efficient office developments in New Zealand. Judges were impressed by the innovative design, adherence to sound property investment principles and attention to detail.
