Prior to joining Stephenson&Turner, Richard was Property Development Manager for an International Corporate.

Richard was appointed as an Associate Director of Stephenson&Turner in 2004 and has Project Managed numerous projects for S&T, for clients as diverse as CYFS, Auckland Airport , University of Auckland , Telecom, Cisco and the Ministry of Defense.
Richard has been a member of the N.Z. Executive Committee of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors since 2000, is an accredited assessor, a published author of RICS New Zealand publications and regularly delivers addresses on Project Management to students of Auckland’s’ Universities and to professional groups.
