Paul Taylor has specialist skills in building services engineering requirements for a wide range of projects, including hospitals and associated healthcare facilities, educational and research establisments, and institutional, commercial, retail and industrial developments. His experience includes time working in the Contracting and Consulting fields in the Unitied Kingdom and Japan.

Paul joined Stephenson&Turner in 1988, and has been a Director since 1991. The Building Services section of the company has grown steadily as a result of Paul's contribution, which focused on offering expertise in all Building Services disciplines from within Stephenson&Turner, and providing stategic direction to S&T's subsidary companies that specialise in Building Act and Fire Service Act Compliance Management.

Paul is responsible for implementation of Stephenson&Turner's Quality Assurance system. He has provided a successful mediation service for parties requesting S&T's assistance in resolving construction disputes. Recent projects under Paul's direction include locations in Indonesia, Samoa, Tonga and Papua New Guinea.
