Malcolm Gardiner has an extensive background in architecture, including experience with Structon Group Limited as Project Architect until 1993, and as a Principal of Rosso Design until 1998. He has been a Director of S&T since 1999. Malcolm has wide experience in all building types including residential, commercial, educational, industrial, health and institutional uses.
Malcolm's responsibilities include planning, design, documentation and contract administration for a varied range of building projects. Although based in the Wellington office, he has in the last 10 years, been closely involved in all aspects of building design and delivery throughout New Zealand, from initial briefing, master planning and concept design through to project completion. Malcolm ensures the 'team dynamics' for each project have the appropriate input and 'buy in' from all parties to produce a successful outcome.
