Located in East Tamaki, Auckland, the single-storey, 23,000-square-metre building is the third in a series of Stephenson&Turner projects with Fisher & Paykel Healthcare.

The services required included air conditioning and ventilation, electrical systems, communication and data systems, security, fire protection and hydraulics.

The nature of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare's business means a requirement to meet stringent quality standards, with a particular focus on eliminating contamination. The building also includes a staff cafeteria (with full kitchen), computer rooms with special gas, flood and fire protection, testing labs and a warehouse with special fire protection.
