Intergen Fitout

S&T has created a fresh new office for IT company, Intergen. The company’s extension onto a third floor included a 900-square-metre fitout which reflects the company’s brand. The vibrant “Intergen Yellow” has been included on feature walls and screen dividers, and complemented elsewhere with neutral off-whites and greys.

Intergen House, located in Lambton Quay, is  registered on the Council’s Historic Register as well as a Category I with the NZ Historic Places Trust historic place, which means that alterations and renovations are required to meet stringent preservation criteria.

The project also included upgrades to heating and ventilation systems. The result is a vibrant, contemporary office space worthy of the globally successful company it houses.
