Ngaio Primary School Master Plan and Development

S&T has recently worked with Ngaio School to develop a master plan aiding the development of the school’s 10ypp and the allocation of their 5ya funding. The initial steps involved an in-depth analysis of the school which is set on 1.89 ha and has a roll of more than 500 students. The analysis resulted in the identification of "good" and "bad" areas and possible locations for development.

Through close collaboration with key stakeholders a master plan was developed that identified four areas of the school that could bring major benefits to the school and help them better utilize the space available to them.
