Silverdale Medical Centre, Auckland

The building is a two-storey medical centre providing medical services to patients in the Rodney area and further afield. The first floor includes general practitioner’s offices with pharmacy and other retail space. Southern Cross will run a hospital on the second floor including three operating theatres.

S&T is providing full building services for the new hospital (including ME, Fire, Hydraulics, lifts, acoustics) designed by Warren and Mahoney. Specialist hospital services were also provided including the supply of medical gases.
