School of Chemical and Physical Sciences, Victoria University of Wellington
This project brought together the University’s Chemistry and Physics Departments, allowing a more efficient use of space for the new school. It featured new teaching and research chemistry labs and refurbished physics labs; the whole being inserted into a largely existing space requiring only a limited extension.
The addition was designed to be added to, while also complementing the existing concrete and glass structure, with the use of more modern materials and forms.
