Stryker Head Office, Auckland
This warehouse/office building, the head office for an international pharmaceutical firm, was completed in September 2000 for Newcrest Holdings. Constructed from precast concrete and extensive glazed curtain walling, the building commands panoramic views over Pacific Rise Industrial Park and Mt Wellington.
The development comprises basement warehousing, with reception, offices and an audiovisual suite on the first floor. The double-height entrance lobby features materials and design detailing that complement the tenant’s industry.
