Joanna Williams

Joanna is a fire engineer with more than 5 years experience in fire safety, following nearly 10 years experience as a structural engineer. Her fire safety experience has included a range of residential, education, commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects.

Joanna’s work involves the application of NZBC Acceptable Solutions as well as specific design using established fire engineering principles complying with current New Zealand Standards and legislative requirements. Alternative or specific designs requiring fire modelling are carried out using FDS (Fire Dynamics Simulation).

Joanna was appointed an Associate in June, 2012.
