Michael Dixon

Michael Dixon provides consulting services for S&T's fire engineering projects.  With a background in mechanical services, Michael’s early career was with the Ministry of Energy, Electricity Division, upgrading thermal power station equipment and ancillary services before becoming Engineering Manager for the AMP Society, managing the maintenance and operations of their Auckland commercial property.

Michael joined S&T in 1994, and has been involved in a wide range of commercial, institutional and industrial projects. He was a Principal of the firm from 1999 to 2012. His areas of expertise include air conditioning, ventilation and fire engineering design and services. He is a member of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers, and past President of the New Zealand Chapter.
